5-8 Year Old Meet

Check-in- 7:30 am

Warm-up- 8:00 am (Willow 15 minutes then Bellaire 15 minutes)

Meet Starts- 8:30 am

9-18 Year Old Meet

Check-in- 10:00 am

Warm-up- 10:20 am (all teams same time/ 3 lanes each)

Meet Starts - 10:30 am

The event list is attached so that parents can keep up with the events throughout the morning.

Parking

Parking is on the street, Trafton gravel lot, Willow park parking lot (will be closed if wet) and Red Elementary parking lot. If you choose to park on the street, be mindful of the fire hydrants and driveways. Also make sure your cars are parked facing the correct direction to avoid a ticket.

Concessions

County Line Cookers will be selling breakfast tacos and possibly sandwiches. They accept cash, venmo, and credit cards. And don’t fill up because Mooseum will be selling ice cream treats.

Willow Concession will be selling drinks, snacks and candy (We ONLY TAKE CASH).

What Should You Bring to a Willow Meet? Please bring cash for concessions, towels, goggles, sunscreen, bug spray, chairs and or/ blankets.

Willow Parent Volunteers
Thank you! The Willow volunteer coordinators will be checking in volunteers at the tent next to the Willow Wahoo graffiti sign. We will get you to your positions and answer any last minute questions you may have.
