SCHEDULE:

6 & Under and 7/8 Meet

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Warm-up: 4:20 - 4:30 PM (Willow will have lanes 1-3 and Bellaire will have lanes 4-6)

Meet Start: 4:45

9/10 - 13 & Up Meet

Check-in: 6:20 PM

Warm-up: 6:40 - 6:50 PM (Willow will have lanes 1-3 and Bellaire will have lanes 4-6)

Meet Start: 7:00 PM

Parking

There will be limited parking in the Willow Pool parking lot, parking is on the street (west side only on Cliffwood), Trafton gravel lot, Willow park parking lot (will be closed if wet). If you choose to park on the street, be mindful of the fire hydrants and driveways. Also make sure your cars are parked facing the correct direction to avoid a ticket. Note: if parking on Cliffwood, only park on pool side of street. Cars on the east side of the street will be towed. 

Food

• County Line Cookers: BBQ sandwiches and more (cash, venmo, and credit cards)
• Concessions: Drinks, snacks and candy (we love cash but will accept zelle)
• Moooseum: ice cream and sweet treats (cash or card) 

Which strokes will my child be swimming? We will ask them at practice what events they would like to swim at practice. 6Us only swim freestyle and backstroke.

What should you bring to a meet? Please bring a swimsuit & cap, goggles, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, cash for concessions, chairs and or/ blankets.

Thank you! The Willow volunteer coordinators will be checking in volunteers at the tent next to the Willow Wahoo graffiti sign. We will get you to your positions and answer any last minute questions you may have.
