Parents are REQUIRED to volunteer, please make sure to sign up! Each Meet will be run by age group, which means you will NEED to volunteer for your swimmers age group.

Registration for returning families:

Private registration for returning 2019/ 2020 families is open. If you did not receive the link, please email willowwahoos@gmail.com. 

Registration for new families:

Registration will open on April 15th at 9am for new families on this website. There will be a button on this page on the right of the screen for Registration. If you are unable to secure a spot due to our limit, please email willowwahoos@gmail.com and ask to be placed on the waitlist. 

Highlights:

• Limited numbers – max 60 children per age group.
• Afternoon practice May 17 – June 11
• Morning practice June 14 – June 30
• Coaches will wear face covering within and outside of the water.
• We ask, to help minimize traffic around the pool, please drop off or stay in your car during practice.

Swim Team Afternoon Practice Schedule May 17-June 11^th:

5 and 6 year olds: 4:15- 5:00pm

7 and 8: 5:00-6:00pm

9 and 10: 6:00-7:00pm

11-18: 7:00-8:00pm (Lanes will be split up 11/12 and 13 and up)

Swim Team Morning Practice Starting June 14^th-June 30^th:

5 and 6 year olds: 7:15-8:00am

7 and 8: 8:00-9:00am

9 and 10: 9:00-10:00am

11 and 12: 10:00-11:00am

13 and Up: 11:00am-12:00pm

Night Practice (Ages 11-18- Tuesday-Thursday 9:00-10:00pm)

Volunteers:

Parents are still required to volunteer and volunteer opportunities will be sent once the swim meet schedule is finalized.
