We are incredibly excited to share that, thanks to your generosity, we raised $7,280 for our coaches’ end-of-season bonuses! 🎉

This is such a meaningful way to recognize the time, energy, and heart our coaches have poured into the season. From early mornings to long meets, they’ve made a lasting impact on all 378 of our swimmers, and this gift is a reflection of how much they are appreciated.

Bonuses will be distributed using a multi-tiered structure, taking into account each coach’s years of service and individual responsibilities throughout the season. This approach helps ensure that recognition is thoughtful and aligned with each coach’s role and commitment.
