Hey Wahoos! 

I hope everyone is enjoying their recovery day between our back to back meets, I know I certainly am! Attached to this email are the results from the Bellaire dual meet. We won!

Willow: 626 points Bellaire: 550 points

We have not had time to go through the time cards that had difficulties with entry, so if you see any mistakes or missing swimmers/times, please email me with your swimmer's number and the mistake that you see. We will try and address them on Monday at practice, but it may have to wait until Tuesday. 

We will be entering swimmers into the South West United meet on Monday, so please try to be at practice. This way, we can ask their event preferences. 

Additionally, please RSVP for the meet on Monday! Even if you will not be there- RSVP no. This way we can create relays. It causes difficulties and chaos at meets trying to sub swimmers in for a missing relay competitor because we were not sure if they would be there. Finally, parents please help your swimmer show up for their event. Their forearms have their event numbers written in Sharpie. Swimmers under the age of 10 need to gather by the ready bench tent, near the baby pool. The 11+ swimmers' ready bench is by the Wahoos sign at the other end of the pool. Make sure to check if your child is in a relay at the end of the meet. The freestyle relay for 9+ swimmers is at the end of the meet, so please don't leave early by mistake!

I want to thank everyone for being such troopers yesterday as the day got hotter and hotter. Our parent volunteers are the backbone of this team and we appreciate all you do for the Wahoos! Hopefully next year we can have all afternoon/evening meets. 

The theme for Monday's meet is Team USA. Show up to the meet in red, white, and blue if you would like!
